The object is to visit all of the shops on the board and purchase one of each item for your wizard's trunk. The first player to fill their trunk and return to the Leaky Cauldron wins. You have to pass by Gringott's Wizard Bank several times to get enough money (plastic galleons, sickles and knuts) to purchase everything. Hogwart's school supply list includes potion bottles, cauldrons, robes, wands, books and owls. The shops don't have enough for everyone, so you must hurry. Spell and havoc cards let you take items, move using floo powder, close shops and more. There is also always the danger that you'll be sent to Knockturn Alley by rolling double cauldrons. The game includes simplified rules for younger players. These include stocking shops with enough items for everyone, changing the "take a card" spaces to "roll again" spaces, and no being sent to Knockturn Alley.It's time to head back to school. And if that school is Hogwarts, there are a few special supplies students will need for their classes. In this board game, players race around to visit the six shops in Diagon Alley and load their trunks with required school supplies: an owl, wand, potion bottle, robe, book, and cauldron. Move fast, though, because items sell out, stores close, and opponents can slow you down--or, worse, steal your supplies--with magic spells. Regionals are coming, and Cassie wants to win. But not enough to cheat. Magic is strictly forbidden in competition, and by the coach. Still, a little magic seems to be creeping into their routines, and Cassie is worried. She prides herself on using her powers for good, and cheating isn't right.

This is an ancient treatise on the hosts of heaven - the heavenly army of angels - and their ways (“laws”). In less lofty, and more practical, terms, this work is a “field guide” to angels and, to some extent, “demons.” Like my prior work, The Ways of Metatron - a Book of Enoch, herein is the first published English edition of these materials, translated from the original 13th Century Hebrew and Aramaic.
This work, The Laws of the Angels, amongst other topics, explains why the generation of the flood, despite its vast knowledge of sorcery and the workings of the occult, was unable to avoid its decreed doom - as set forth in The Ways of Metatron. The limitations of sorcery and the occult are but one topic addressed in the instant work. For those who are interested in such things, the mechanics of so-called “magic” - that is, how it works - are set forth here as well.

The work is clearly Kabbalistic, drawing upon gematria in more than one place to argue its position, quoting from Sefer Yetzirah directly, and extending a tremendous amount of power to angelic powers that many theologians would find a bit hard to accept. But it does so through consistently referencing Biblical citations.
[I]t explores a fairly wide array of matters relating to angels, from what sorts of roles angels play cosmologically, what angels are made of, how they appear, and even their roles within the inner psyche of each and every person.
